When will my order be shipped?
Orders can take up to 3-4 business days to leave our warehouse.
I chose to locally pick up, when can I do that?
Orders can take up to 3-4 business days to be filled. Once your order is filled you will receive an e-mail giving you all of the local pick up details including address (we're located in Abbotsford, BC) and need-to-knows!
How do I choose local pick up?
At checkout, enter the discount code LOCALPICKUP, this will waive shipping and let us know you will be picking up! You will still need to enter in your shipping information.
I used a discount and it won't let me input another for local pick up. What do I do?
All good! Enter the discount code and send over an e-mail (info@trulylifestylebrand.com) or Instagram DM (@trulylifestylebrand) and let us know that you want to pick up your order! We will refund your shipping amount and let you know when it's ready for you.
I'm having trouble deciding which products are best for me, can you help?
Of course! We're happy to recommend products that are best suited for your skin! Send over an email (info@trulylifestylebrand.com) or Instagram DM (@trulylifestylebrand), explain your skin type, and we'll go from there!
In what order should I be using my products?
Rule of thumb: cleanse, tone, apply serum(s), moisturize and/or apply Truly Clear as moisturizer, or as a thin layer on top of your face cream as a blemish treatment. Our serums work very well together so you can either layer them or save one for day and one for night! Which for when? You decide! Are your products cruelty free?
YES! We are cruelty free + vegan
Are your products pregnancy safe?
Yes! Of course do your research and consult with a doctor if you have any concerns.
Where can I find the ingredients list for your products?
All ingredients are listed on each product page.
When can I expect a reply to my message and/or e-mail?
Responses can 24-72 hours depending on the amount of inquiries we're receiving. Don't worry, we will get back to you! 
I need to cancel my order, how do I do that?
Send over an email (info@trulylifestylebrand.com) or Instagram DM (@trulylifestylebrand). Please reach out as quickly as possible so that we cancel your order in time. Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment team, we are no longer able to cancel the shipment.
Can I add or edit my order once it's been place?
In most cases, yes! Reach out as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes. Send over an email (info@trulylifestylebrand.com) or Instagram DM (@trulylifestylebrand).
I never received a confirmation e-mail, what do I do?
Your confirmation e-mail has most likely found its way to your junk mail. If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours, send over an email (info@trulylifestylebrand.com) or Instagram DM (@trulylifestylebrand). We will make sure the e-mail address inputed upon ordering is correct and send you another.
My order arrived damaged/incorrect, can you help?
Oh no! We're so sorry to hear this. Any orders that arrive damaged or incorrect will be replaced. Send over an email (info@trulylifestylebrand.com) or Instagram DM (@trulylifestylebrand) explaining what went wrong and we will make it right. Please include pictures!
Can I return or exchange a product after purchasing?
Due to the nature of our products and because we are a small business, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any kind.
