Orders can take up to 3-4 business days to be filled. Once your order is filled you will receive an e-mail giving you all of the local pick up details including address and need-to-knows!
How do I choose local pick up?
At checkout, select "Pick up" and then select your desired location!
I'm having trouble deciding which products are best for me, can you help?
Of course! We're happy to recommend products that are best suited for your skin! Send over an email (email@example.com) or Instagram DM (@trulylifestylebrand), explain your skin type and we'll go from there!
In what order should I be using my products?
Rule of thumb: cleanse, tone, apply serum(s), moisturize and/or apply Truly Clear as moisturizer, or as a thin layer on top of your face cream as a blemish treatment. When can I expect a reply to my message and/or e-mail?
Responses can 24-72 hours depending on the amount of inquiries we're receiving. Don't worry, we will get back to you!
I need to cancel my order, how do I do that?
Send over an email (email@example.com)! Please reach out as quickly as possible so that we cancel your order in time. Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment team, we are no longer able to cancel the shipment
Can I add or edit my order once it's been place?
In most cases, yes! Reach out as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes. Send over an email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
I never received a confirmation e-mail, what do I do?
Your confirmation e-mail has most likely found its way to your junk mail. If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours, send over an email (email@example.com). We will make sure the e-mail address inputed upon ordering is correct and send you another!
My order arrived damaged/incorrect, can you help?
Oh no! We're so sorry to hear this. Any orders that arrive damaged or incorrect will be replaced. Send over an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) explaining what went wrong and we will make it right. Please include pictures!
Can I return or exchange a product after purchasing?
Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any kind
