What’s your return policy?
All returns or exchanges must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Please note store wide sales hosted by Truly are final sale, with the exception of first time buyer discount codes, influencer discount codes, and skin quiz codes.
We are not able to provide money back on any product, all refunds are processed as store credit. To place a return, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org, and provide the order # and the item you are looking to return or exchange. Please note, refunds will go back onto a Truly store credit and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I place a return or exchange?
We're sorry you didn't love your Truly product. Please reach out to email@example.com with your order number and the product(s) you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be sure to get you the correct Truly item you ordered!
Can I get a refund if the price has changed?
Sorry, we are unable to honour any promotions for orders placed outside of the promotional period as this would be unfair to the rest of our customers. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding!
