**Truly Lifestyle Brand Inc. Sweepstakes Giveaway Terms and Conditions**
1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Truly Lifestyle Brand Inc., its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Sponsor
The sponsor of this giveaway is Truly Lifestyle Brand Inc.
3. Agreement to Terms
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Truly Lifestyle Brand Inc., which are final and binding.
4. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on October 1 2024, and ends on October 15, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST. Entries submitted after this period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
Participants must enter by:
- Clicking the link in the @trulylifestylebrand Instagram bio and providing their email address, opting in to the email list of Truly Lifestyle Brand.
- Following @trulylifestylebrand on Instagram.

Earn Additional Entries:
- 10 extra entries: Place an order over $25 CAD on http://trulylifestylebrand.com and add "SABRINA CARPENTER" in the order notes at checkout.
- 3 extra entries: Tag 1 friend in the Instagram giveaway post whom they would bring to the event.
- 3 extra entries: Share the giveaway post on their Instagram stories and ensure their profile is public to verify.
6. Prize
One winner will receive two tickets to the Sabrina Carpenter Short n' Sweet tour for the November 4, 2024, show in Vancouver, Canada. The prize is non-transferable, with no cash or other substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner is responsible for any expenses not expressly included in the prize description. The winner will also receive a $200 credit to Truly Lifestyle Brand.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email on October 16, 2024.
8. Notification and Requirements
The selected winner will be contacted by email by Truly Lifestyle Brand Inc. If a winner does not respond within [48 hours] of notification, another winner will be selected. The winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within [7 days].
9. General Conditions
Truly Lifestyle Brand Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Truly Lifestyle Brand Inc. and its affiliates, partners, and subsidiaries from any liability arising from participation or the acceptance, receipt, or misuse of the prize.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy and will be used for the purposes of administering this giveaway and future marketing.
12. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
13. Governing Law
The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. This giveaway and these Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
By participating, entrants grant Truly Lifestyle Brand Inc. the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.
